The overall problem in that particular man's body was he has so consistently exercised in one way that he had shortened some of his muscles. Those short muscles were not able to permit his joints to get the relationship that is necessary fo verticality. He had that tremendous bulging which so many schools of physical training accept as a goal. But what is really does to a body is to so contract it that it no longer has joint freedom. To me, strength is balance. Maximum strength exists in terms of muscles that are balanced.....
....Flow of fluids will bring greater oxygen content to the muscles. When muscle is all engorged with fluid, it can't receive the interchange from the bloodstream that it needs to have enough oxygen present to remove waste products.
