Canceling and Late policy

We strongly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods before your session. Please make sure that you arrive on time. If you are late more than 20 minutes, you may not able to reach the goal on the day.

Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Please note that you will be charged fully for any major changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
